Grandmasters

The international fame and recognition of Pai Lum Tao can be largely attributed to its previous grandmasters, Daniel K. Pai and Glenn C. Wilson.

Founder Pai Pao Fong
Pai Pao Fong is considered the pioneer of the art Pai Lum Tao. He brought the white dragon fist style from Asia to Hawaii. He then taught his grandson, Daniel K. Pai, this powerful kung fu style.

Great Grandmaster Daniel K Pai
Great Grandmaster Daniel K Pai is noted by Inside Kung Fu Magazine as "an American kung fu legend". He was born April 4, 1930 in Hawaii. Along with his cousin-in-law, Ed Parker, he brought martial arts to America in the sixties. Having studied white dragon kung fu as a boy, as well as white crane from his grandmother, he went on to master many other disciplines.

These are the ranks he attained:

10th level Pai Te Lung Chuan Fa- Pai Lum
8th level White Lotus Kenpo
5th level Aikido
5th level Jui Jitsu - Judo
The Great Grandmaster combined these skills and arts into "Pai Pao Lum Gar"...Way of the White Fire Dragon. Along the way he taught many notable students, including Bruce Lee and Muhammad Ali.

During his life Grandmaster Pai achieved many notable titles and awards. He graduated from the Chicago Medical College with a PHD in Homeopathic Medicines. He was a stunt coordinator, a cowboy, a philosopher, a war hero in the Korean war, a biker, a pastor, and, of course, the Grandmaster over seeing his many schools across the United States.

Grandmaster Pai passed away in 1993 in the Dominican Republic, but his legacy and teachings continue on.

Grandmaster Glenn C. Wilson
Grandmaster Glenn C. Wilson was born in Florida, but has lived all over the world. He currently resides in Orlando, Florida and chairs the White Dragon Warrior Society and heads the Gong Yuen Chuan Fa family, "the family of the Hard and Soft Fist". Grandmaster Wilson began studying at the age of ten. He studied the disciplines of Moi Fa, Lo Han, Five Animal methods, White Crane, Kwan Nien Chi Kung, and the famous Gong Yuen Chuan Fa Pai Te Lung Chuan. He achieved many distinctions in his career:
Eight Time U.S. Champion
Six Time Golden Belt Award
Three Time World Champion
Inducted in seven Martial Arts Hall of Fames
Every year "Inside Kung Fu Magazine" premiers Grandmaster Wilson's expertise with articles in their magazine. He is author of the book Pai Lum Tao -- Way of the White Dragon (available at Amazon.com books) Grandmaster Wilson studied for over 25 years with Great Grandmaster Daniel K. Pai and with him co-founded the White Dragon Warrior Society.

He resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife Hilda (4th, master higher level), but trains SiFu's all over the world. Grandmaster Wilson is also a notable security expert with a large chain of hotels. He often provides security for some of the world's most recognized people, such as Dolly Parton, Michael Jackson, as well as numerous popular musical groups and personages.
